A Seattle native, Philip Dahl has observed the transformation of the Puget Sound building industry as both citizen and participating construction manager. The majority of his involvement has been as a builder’s representative-managing warranty, customer service, and quality control programs for prominent Puget Sound home builders. In his 30 years of experience, Philip has conducted hundreds of builder homeowner walk-throughs, reviewed private inspection reports-noting which were helpful and insightful, and which were not.

‘My goal is providing inspection services that meet the client’s needs by highlighting issues in a clear and understandable reporting format, and encouraging best practices in the building industry.’

When not at work, Philip likes spending time with his family, boating, biking and reminding his lab Hallie that she should really enjoy the water more.
